- OPERATION DETAILS: 3000 grafts FUE extracted by manual punch, diameter 0.6 - 0.8 mm.
Incisions executed by: custom made blades, lateral slit

* 637 single grafts
* 1413 double grafts
* 950 multiple grafts

- GRAFTS DISTRIBUTION: 1000 grafts were used to restore the patient's hairline; 2000 grafts were used to cover the vertex

- FINASTERIDE: The patient started the treatment 5 years before undergoing the surgery

PS: Surgeries affecting the vertex always create a big challenge for the physician, due to difficulties in finding the correct placement and exit angle of the implanted grafts.
Nevertheless, if correctly executed, vertex hair transplantation produces an important change in the patient's look, mostly from the lateral point of view, as shown in the photo below.
